Integrity Water Solutions is taking every precaution possible to keep our customers and employees safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please read below about all the ways in which we are working to better serve our customers during this difficult time.

COVID-19 Changes to Existing Processes

  • Our sales and service staff are wearing face coverings and maintaining social distancing during any in-home customer visits.
  • Before and after each in-home customer visit, our staff is sanitizing.
  • Our service technicians are traveling to and from customer appointments separately.
  • Our physical store location is sanitized in customer utilized areas after each visit.
  • We are offering hand sanitizer at the counter.
  • We are asking all customers to please wear a mask before entering our store.
  • At the counter, we have installed a clear plastic shield between our associates and customers.
  • All employees are screened daily for any COVID-19 related symptoms, as well as temperature checks.
  • We are following all other state, local and federal guidelines and recommendations.

  • We are now offering sales appointments remotely via telephone or video chat.
  • We are now offering curbside pickup for salt, filters and supplies.
